24(1)On the application of a person named in an order made under paragraph 23(1)(a), (c), (d) or (e), the Court may discharge, vary or suspend the order if it is satisfied that there has been a material change in circumstances.

24(2)On the application of a person who is subject to terms and conditions imposed in an order made under paragraph 22(b), the Court may discharge, vary or suspend the terms and conditions if the Court is satisfied that the terms and conditions are no longer appropriate.
